We think so!
Age-level ministries are an important of church life—they allow kids to be taught as kids, teens to be taught as teens, and adults to be taught as adults. It's a popular discipleship strategy because, well, it works! But it also means our families aren't spending dedicated time together. Therefore, we're pioneering a new effort this fall called Wednesday Night. Family Night. It's an opportunity for the whole family (or whoever is available) to be together. By family, we mean both your nuclear family and the larger church family. It's a night to be thankful for each other and value each other—from youngest to oldest and vice versa! Age doesn't matter. A willingness to engage in this new effort is all that's required.
The best part? It's intended to be a no-stress experience. Just come to the church knowing you'll have a good time learning about the Bible, worshiping, learning about the church, completing activities and fun projects, getting to know other folks, and more!
There's intentionally no set schedule. This is to keep each Wednesday night fresh and appealing. What do you have to lose?
Join us on September 12 from 6:30PM—7:30PM in Room 203 for our first Wednesday Night. Family Night!
Want to add in some extra music? Come early, 6:15 each Wednesday, to enjoy some singing with Miss Nancy. (Silly songs, worship songs—all sorts of songs!)
